• Full Refund: Cancel at least 45 days before the scheduled date, and receive a full refund.
• Credit for Future Booking: Cancel 30 days before the booking and receive a credit for a future reservation.
• Deposit Forfeiture: Any cancellation within 30 days of the booking date will result in loss of the reservation deposit.

We offer a convenient car service for pickups from the airport or railway station upon request. To utilize this service, simply inform us in advance, and we will arrange for a vehicle to meet you upon arrival. The payment for this service will be made directly by the guest to the car service provider at their standard rates.

• Follow the instructions on the screen to cancel the reservation.
