Payment Terms: Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Guest Cancellation:
Full Refund: Cancel at least 45 days before the scheduled date, and receive a full refund.
Credit for Future Booking: Cancel 30 days before the booking and receive a credit for a future reservation.
Deposit Forfeiture: Any cancellation within 30 days of the booking date will result in loss of the deposit.
Host Cancellation:
Reservation Cancellation by Host: The host reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not received in a timely manner.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling your reservation, we will cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
In the event of force majeure or other extraordinary circumstances beyond Mundackal home stay’s control – including fire, water damage, strikes, lockouts, breakdowns in telephony or data connections, or other technical failures – Mundackal homestay reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior warning and without assuming any liability. Regardless of the cause, Mundackal home stay’s liability for compensation shall not exceed the total amount already paid for the booking. Mundackal Homestay will not cover indirect losses, such as loss of profits, transport expenses, or travel-related costs. Additionally, Mundackal homestay is not responsible for expenses related to alternative accommodation.
